Former Yeovil Town player Glenn Poole spoke to Media Manager Adrian Hopper after the Johnstone's Paint trophy match at Griffin Park and asked for an apology to be passed on to the Yeovil fans at the match via this web site.

Glenn said: "I got a bit carried away with my celebration after scoring the goal which I know was a little disrespectful to the Yeovil supporters.

"I really enjoyed my time at Yeovil and they will go down as some of the best in my football career so the last thing I would have wanted to do was to upset them. Please pass on my apologies."
