Brown, 25 arrived at Huish Park during pre season and is the seventh player to join the Glovers during the transfer window.
Prior to joining Reading on loan in 2005, Brown spent time at Stafford Rangers and Tamworth before putting pen to paper and signing a permanent deal in January the following year.
In June 2007, the Royals signed him up for a further year which kept him at the club throughout the 2007/08 season.However, having failed to make a first team appearance for the Royals, Aaron joined fellow League One side Walsall on loan back in March this year.
Despite winning their last match of the 2007/08 campaign, Reading were relegated to the Championship and Brown was released by the Club back in May.
