McCollin made one appearance for Yeovil on trial in pre-season, when he came on in the second half of the 1-0 win over Plymouth Argyle last month.
The youngster spent one season with Fisher after joining from Corinthian Casuals, where he scored 19 goals in 2006-07
McCollin has impressed Russell Slade with his strength and finishing ability and is Yeovil's third signing from Fisher Athletic this summer following the arrivals of Kieran Murtagh and Gavin Tomlin.
